I have a 2013 t660 with a isx with a pto. I was at a customer unloading and using the pto when my alternator went out. After replacing the alternator the cruise control, engine brake and horn have not worked. Checked fuses and power and all including the clock spring still not finding the problem any ideas. Also have check clutch switch but that wouldn't stop the horn from working. Power at horn relay.

Does it have a smart wheel
-
Yes it has smart wheel
-
We have had problems with those things ever since they were introduced in the 90s. I would start there.
-
I'm not sure about the newer trucks but the old ones had all the wiring behind the dash for dash switches so it was still a pain but it's not impossible if the new ones have the wiring there already and kenworth sells the dash panel with the switches in it but there expensive.
-
So more than likely the wheel itself went bad?
-
That's where I would look yes.
-
Ok thanks for the help I'll see what I can do to get rid of the wheel
-
Could be in the little smart wheel computer too. Are you sure the clock spring is ok. That's usually the problem our mechanic said.
-
Yes I took wheel of and have current thru all wires
