MJ1657, wore out, 4mer trucker and 3 others Thank this. -
I liked the cummins and modern running gear under this power wagon rims are cool but the tires and the Pete headlights don't fit it!!
passingthru69, MJ1657, cke and 7 others Thank this. -
The wording on the back of the cab would be fitting for @wore out Mabel....
passingthru69, MJ1657, CharlieK and 10 others Thank this. -
That grey Pete has got some serious frame behind it!!
I didn't get a picture that shows it, but looked like a long hood, big condo, with cabinet rack, would still have a gaping space to a reefer unit!!??
For perspective, that dozer is on its wagon, and the blade is near the mud flaps.
And the Autocar had rubber torsion tandems and no front brakes -
The autocar almost looks old like an old Gerosa truck.
-
Speaking of no front brakes... I currently have a 70's (don't remember the exact year he told me) Pete sitting in front of my shop that has no front brakes. When did front brakes become "popular"?Razororange, PeteyFixAll, cke and 3 others Thank this.

I don't know??
I ran a '68 dm800sx that had front brakes but also had a switch labeled "slippery road" that shut them off!!!
