transam is privately owned so theres not much to find out besides them be a awful bunch of people paying 80's wages and selling dreams

 

Oh Lord God, don't get me started. Now I didn't do the L/P thing, mainly because I can do simple math, but even the company folks got a royal screwing there. My biggest problem was i couldnt keep a truck underneath me for 3 days without it breaking down. I still have nightmares about the Purple Turd. But now, with just a smidgen of experience behind me, i can see cleadly that Trans Am is emblematic of a cancer in the industry. Legalized predation on the weak minded an uneducated. It took me just a few days of research to determine what the actual cost of running a truck was and ain't no way .84 cpm plus FSC was even close. I do have sympathy for drivers who fall for the company propaganda, most are new to the industry and haven't had their rectum wallowed out good yet...but the L/P folks? Sorry, no sympathy here, if you'd done your due diligence you'd have known pretty quickly that what they were selling was pure bunk.
