I haul overweight loads my company is permitted to haul 95 but I have a gvw of 105. If I get a overweight ticket my company will pay for it.... But will the ticket effect my csa score?? Or just my companies?

Logan76, TripleSix, Big rig berto and 5 others Thank this. -
Drivers don't have CSA scores. The company itself does.

I made that mistake decades ago. Company said they would pay the ticket. Company did not pay the ticket. I had NO iidea anything was wrong until the state notified me that my license was suspended. Had to go to the county courthouse and pay the fine. Had to go to the capital to get my license reinstated. Had to go to my local DMV and retake the CDL test (written), endorsements, and hazmat.
Nowadays, i wont even think about trusting a company with my license.Pedigreed Bulldog, BigBob410, soloflyr and 2 others Thank this.
