Glasses wouldn't be under an endorsement, but as a restriction. He must have been way out there that day..........

When I went through my new entrant audit I received an email that said how I scored. It shows an overall "pass" ... I would forward this to the scale to show you indeed did your new entrant audit and it resulted in a pass. Also ask where he is getting his oos order from so you can avoid being in violation next time. Make it look like you are doing your best to go through whatever jumps they want you to, maybe you will find the oos order came out of his imagination.... which is the point where they should be apologizing to you at the least.... after that you decide how far you want to push the issue

I think 'N' is ubiquitous for Tank Endorsement....

I have a 'B' restriction for corrective lenses....

Those letters look nothing alike - even when I'm without glasses.... I'd have asked him when HIS last vision exam was.

Ya mine took about 9 months. I was able 2 do the new online easy way. Scan documents and a phone call. Was nowhere near as difficult as I prepared for

I hope for that one too or else what am I gonna do? Have an auditor as a guest at my house going through my logs and papers? It would feel a little awkward, would not know whether I should offer them a drink or something.

Have you verified that the DOT number listed on the inspection is in fact your DOT number. Wouldn't be the first time a number was entered incorrectly.

Do like my friend. He is a one man show and his office is a storage building (shed) next to his house. No auditor inside his house . He does have it fixed up nice with door and windows and power and stuff.

Ha! Well there is any episode of COPS ever. I'd really like to see COPS Bloopers. Cuz you know they get duped, outran, outsmarted or just plain wrong, and "well..lets record over that."
