Oh yeah.
I'm getting mine out of the first batch.Lonesome Thanks this. -
That's awesome they looked nice in that pic sure it's nice inside congrats. What year are they? Also how's orientation? Pretty much same as most companies?
-
They are 18's. Orientation is usually two days. You'll have your own room at the hotel. Pretty decent hotel. Just the usual BS. You most likely will be by yourself the whole time. We don't hire a lot of drivers being a smaller company as we are.Don Future Trucker Thanks this.

Thanks for the info figured I'd probably maybe only be the only one in orientation since smaller company. An I'm sure those 2018 Volvos are nice seen them online look pretty awesome

Hey @smurf-316 .... how has the hometime been... still every two weeks? What's the lanes you have been running most? How much drop and hook?
-
Home time has been pretty good. I'm usually home every 2 to 3 weeks and that's by my choice not to company. Of course we are a 48 state carrier. But for me I can usually count on I'm going to be somewhere between Texas and Wisconsin. I also run a few trips to Michigan and upstate New York but those aren't very common. Have been to Phoenix Arizona and California a few times also but again those aren't very common. It's pretty much like most any other carrier. Since we are based in Minneapolis the vast majority of our trips are coming into or out of Minnesota and Wisconsin. We don't get a lot of back hauls that are going to be drop & hook however if it's coming back to Minnesota or Wisconsin you've got about a 50% chance of it being a drop and hook.

Saw two sets of new tractors driving on 94W. towards Minneapolis today… A gold Volvo towing two green Volvos. The green sure looked like the other SAV trucks I have seen…
I might've seen your new truck smurf -
Probably was. I think we're supposed to get 12 in this week. It's the first batch. But of course they have to put some of the stuff on them before they will be ready.

Too many speeding tickets. Trucks have been turned down from 74 mph to 68 mph. I expect they'll go back up come spring.
