There is a good thread about J&R Schugel, don't know if you are in their hiring area though. If money isn't that important, did you check into Stevens? Thorough training and good equipment. A couple of threads about them and an active driver or two on here as well.

 

2 other companies that you may want to look into would be Averitt Express out of Cookville Tennessee, and Tyson Foods out of Springdale Arkansas.
