I'm one person here who can understand you wanting to move above trash. A whole lot of BS. I don't think I need to discuss all that here with you. I could go on and on. I stayed with it and loyal to the owner of my company. He was a good man and gave me a fair chance. For once. Now my company was bought. Idiots running it.
I'd seriously look at some kind of government job if I were you.
Then, there is the chocolate lovers dream come true. Hauling a tanker loaded with liquid chocolate. If chocolate hasn't cured what ails you. You haven't eaten enough of it.

 

Veolia and waste management was supposed to be a decent trash out fits. But wm has camera's. However it would be best to attend a tech school for your cdl free of charge. Or go thru one of the ltl companies that train. Messing with the majors is suicide.

 

WM has a policy of; any wreck, no matter how small, or who's fault, counts against you. Three of those and you're out. That includes if your truck is stopped and someone runs into it.

 

Wow sounds like waste management really values there drivers.

 

Have you also thought about applying for a dispatcher's job? It is relatively steady hours and you're home every night.
