    Fortunately my drivers will be driving my trucks and they live locally. For me, I think the biggest challenge will be finding drivers that can be trusted with my equipment and have a good work ethic.

    Then you are doing it wrong. Part of your driver qualification file is a driving test the same as a company driver. Company or owner op they must go through yt?yhe same qualification process.

    I didn't make myself clear. I absolutely plan to do a driving test. I was just replying to an earlier post by someone who said that they have out of town owner operators.

    I will perform driving test, It's important.
