That's usually my first suggestion. I trust you've got clean bills, a copy of the rate confirmation, and a copy of the broker-carrier agreement? A lot of your possible courses of action can be determined based on what you signed. If they specified different terms than NET 30 for payment, then that'll potentially limit your recourse.
