$20 Unlimited Stand-Alone LTE Hotspot through AT&T

I have a Mobley with AT&T. I got it in July. I don't know how to check my account status. I haven't gotten an email or bill. I spent over an hour on the phone with AT&T and was transferred 6 times! I can't set up an email with my account or do anything online because I they keep wanting to send me a text verification. I can't get a #### text on a Mobley. They finally said I have to go into a store to get a pin. Well I went into a store and got a pin, went back online, entered the pin to set up an account and it sent my number associated with my Mobley a #### text which of course I cannot get b/c it's not a #### PHONE! So, I have an activated Mobley with an account that I cannot access in any way to see if I owe anything. Do they even know the account exists?? No one could find it. I bought it for $99 with no contract at the AT&T website with a $20 a month unlimited hotspot fee. What should I do? AT&T is employed by morons

 

Look through your email for the receipt and see if there's an account number. Then go to att websight and do online chat support to get your account setup for online access. Or use your phone number. I can't remember how I got mine setup. I had to go to store to get mind ordered. The online system couldn't verify my identity.

I just signed up for the 3 day free trial of Set Tv Now. It has allot more channels. Now I'm going to cancel the fubo.tv.

 

What channel are you getting for CBS? I'm getting 62 from somewhere. I don't know on the other locals yet. It's just not MY local.

My CBS is channel 22. I think that you can change the zip code to get different local channels

 

The channel is 22 on the software guide. But the actual channel is 62. Correct??? Mine shows the CBS logo and 62 on the lower right of screen.

I can't find anywhere or anything for settings to change the zipcode. Or anything thst might change where the programming comes from. Gonna have to call them tomorrow.

I paid the $20 so I can check It out for a month. Was hoping that might change it but didn't happen last night.

 

I guess that may be a downfall with IPTV. The channels are broadcasted from Internet satellites all over the world. Have you checked to see what local channels that are next to you?

I like this as seen on tv antenna. It's very light weight. In the house window I can pick up around 25 channels, added a long cable and connector to reach the old unused direct tv pole, changed to picking up over 50 channels.
