At my company, a low-boy load like that supposedly pays really well, so I'm not sure what you mean.
-
I always wondered how you keep them from hitting eachother since you have to allow them to travel a little or might break your chains. Do they sometimes get little scuffs or bumper rubs ?KANSAS TRANSIT Thanks this.

Cars shouldn't move forward and back very much, only as much as suspension allows when soft strapped.
-
No we have ample room between and these are all strapped, they don't move.
-
Whats a load like that paying these days?
KANSAS TRANSIT Thanks this. -

Tell ya what, the numbers they talk about our lowboy contractors making, I'm still wondering why I haven't invested in a tractor. Only real reason I haven't is I make great money as a company driver, so why bother with the extra hassle of being an O/O.KANSAS TRANSIT and crb Thank this.
