Does anyone know if a cascadia turbo would fit on a Columbia? Before I go buying a built turbo from pdi I was wondering if the cascadia one will bolt on.
Mine on the Columbia is starting to go out and I don't want to put the same one back on. I need to get rid of that god awful turbo spool the columbias are known for.
Different turbo?

Okay thanks. We have a cascadia at the yard where I park thats been wrecked. And last night got to thinking I was looking at turbos before I build one and just wondered. You never know lol
-
Nope. You perty much said it. Lol
No need to explain any further.
Oh yeah there is one thing. I've heard if you put late model tires off a Volvo on your frieghtliner , you can pick up 2 mpg and your truck will ride way smoother.!!Last edited: Sep 14, 2017
tommymonza and nasriza Thank this. -
Just tried it. It's not working. Am I doing something wrong?

Have you let anyone mess with your truck, as far as "Tuning" it? If you have not, go to Freightliner and BUY the correct turbo for your motor. And stay the hell away from those butchers over at PDI, you are just asking for a REAL WORLD OF HURT!

No I haven't done anything as far as tunning. Is pdi that bad or something personal between you guys
