Hey what's going on, here's the deal
Starting off in Fontana
Staff is good informational
Start off at 21% of gross load
1 percent bonus every 3 months
Benefits Med and Dent - starts 60 days
Payday is every 2 weeks
1% raise salary every 3 month evaluation 1% bonus annually
Example $1900x.21= 399 proabably a day and a half worth of work
Short load pays around $190-240
Longer loads pays $350-490
Pays for hotel, meals however not
Ride with a trainer for about a month mind you this is the end of my first week
Pick up from Ports Long Beach, The Bay, and go to Utah, North and Southern California, Vegas and Phoenix
Spending a lot of time putting up and taking off cars on the ramp, strapping down cars.
Last but no least different terminals has different primary dealers like Fontana has Toyota and Hyundai others has BMW as well as Ford, Chevelots and Dodge so do your research

CTC has been using them in our terminal for over a year. No difference in earning potential for those that were running legal prior to them.
