    I was just refused a DOT physical by Mercy Occupational Health in Urbana, OH and Springfield, OH. I was denied because I refused to answer the Sleep Apnea questionnaire. President Trump nixed DOT doctors from asking questions or screening DOT drivers for Sleep Apnea on August 8th, 2017.     That is not entirely accurate. I read somewhere that they were going to leave it up to the individual doctors/clinics.

    President Trump's executive order to resend Barrack Obama's March 10, 2016 executive order on OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea) needs to be put into print immediately. These DOT clinics are technicality breaking a POTUS executive order.

    Funny thing about executive o
    I just looked info on this executive order....all it did was to stop the Feds from requiring sleep apnea testing. Companies can still do it. The railroads are all going to continue to require it.
    Trucking companies will continue to require it......so trumps executive order really did nothing at all, as the Feds had not yet implemented any regulations for such testing.

    So, it was a very very big win for trump.....smh.

    But all you had to do was say no to every question, or yes if it’s a trick question.
    Then you just have to worry about the doctor telling you to get tested anyways.

    Basically if it was on video, you would look like this guy ..
