Hey guys, coming here hoping to get a little advice & hopefully be pointed in the right direction. I have a 2012 Prostar that despite my best efforts I cant figure out. The air direction has a mind of its own, sometimes it will change when turning the knob, sometimes it just stays coming from the vents. If and when I do get it to change direction it sometimes will make it all the way to defrost, but usually just as far as blowing at the floor. If defrost does work, its only for about 30s before it decides to change it self back to MAX. So far Ive:
    - Checked all the fuses according to the diagram
    - Checked for loose wiring
    - Tried a new control cluster (all three switches)
    - Changed the air directional actuator (which seemed to make it slightly better)
    - Performed the "learning process" after the install
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

Sounds like you have the blend door actuator wiring backwards. Crack the dash apart and swap the plugs on both of those actuators and see if that cures the issue.
