A real Truth most Driver today are still OO and not company drivers for a mega. This is why if the OO leave the megas could not ever pick up the slack. There will never be enough drivers for the need.

Drivers do have to inform the public and private sectors of there wants and needs. Stop letting these fake orgs like ATA and fscma do it for them. I have never seen such a disorganized group in all my life and I have run many types of businesses.
Something found out today in Washington DC was your representative and senators have no idea what the trucker issues are not do the know you do not want these regs. This is what ATA and fscma bank on, their ignorance and real truckers not caring. So let them know what you want and give a #### before it's all destroyed for you.

Still thinking like a wage slave. Owner Operators work for themselves. They run their own business and exercise business "partnerships" with those they lease their equipment to. Thinking you "work" for FCC is employee slave mentality.

Makes perfect sense considering your previous statement: "I'm an owner operator, unlike these hold outs I saw the writing on the wall about 5 years ago. I made a conscious decision, I could either adapt to the changing industry, or find a new career. I chose to adapt, it wasn't an easy transition, but here I am 5 years later productive and make more money than ever. Go figure."

These drivers protesting in DC must not realize how D.C. Works. The ATA has deep pockets, a hell of a lot deeper than OOIDA or NASTIC. So tomorrow when they leave, they will forget all about your concerns. But you can tell yourselves that you put up a good fight.

I hope you enjoy your drivers camera that watches you pick your nose. Then you get a call from safety because you didn't have both hands on the wheel while driving.

    That's coming next.

    LOL

Yeah, that's the thing about it driver. If you open the door for mandatory GPS tracking !!!!! -you dang near open the door for whatever else... driver facing camera, an in cab breathalyzer??? Lol

ALL TRUCKS MUST HAVE lane departure system installed ?????!!! Lol

Folks just say it's reality, I say it's BS.

Trucks are only involved in about 4% of all accidents on US roads!!!! 4%! And out of those, 80% of the time passenger cars were at fault.

Truck drivers are 1% of the problem!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wake up folks !!

    The insanity of over regulating, harassing and extorting the 1%, the PROFESSIONAL driver, is like;

*Even though statistics show upper class neighborhoods to have dramatically low crime rates we are still...

Installing mandatory check points in all upper class neighborhoods, all cars in and out must be checked and randomly have inspections preformed. Not just easy peezy inspections, but rude, inconsiderate and sometimes flagrant inspections. "This is done in the name of crime prevention and safety"....

-then, these residents of these $500,000 + homes must agree to get special license plates with special stickers that indicates to law enforcement that they are part of the upper class home owner group. So now they can be picked at random anywhere for inspection and extortion.

*** all while the crime infested areas go creeping and crawling with minimum search and seizure

THIS IS TRUCKING. We are the 1%. We are not the problem. We are the solution. Wake up now

Think it's all cool til they ruin your career or make it way harder then it should. Oh wait, your gonna be professional and have a good attitude... nice, lol bang they got ya
