What makes you so sure the fire dept damaged all those packages?
-
I watched the video twice looked at all the photos closely I didn't see anyone tamper with the pkgs That looked like one heck of a wreck of course packages are going to get tossed everywhere.
-
I'm referring to the ones they carelessly crushed with their fire truck.
I hope Fed Ex sends them a huge bill. I would. -
I'm still not seeing it,what photo is it?
-
Going to be difficult for Fed X to bill them for
Stevens's Transports freight. If you look neither Fed X trailer is damaged enough for that many packages to be on the ground -
I just passed that, going westbound. Got a good look. Hell of a backup going eastward.

How much you wanna bet that FedEx Ground truck wasn’t dialed down to 65 mph yet like it was supposed to be? When they pull the black box from that truck I guarantee it’ll say that truck was going faster than that.
-
Or the other truck quickly pulled off the shoulder into traffic in front of FedEx and FedEx wasn't altogether paying attention. This nonsense happens all too often.
Lepton1 Thanks this. -
Could be. The closest truck stops in that area is minutes from the state line (Love’s and Pilot north of Lake Havasu City). The Stevens truck could’ve been pulling onto the interstate from that area. No doubt about it, that was a hard-hit! I’ve seen some pretty bad wrecks before, but I’ve never seen one were literally the rear frame of the trailer has been literally ripped off, tandems and all! The fact that anyone survived an accident like that is nothing short of a miracle!
