Is .40cpm to low to start? I’ve looked and looked at different companies at that seems to be the going rate for that experience?

That's more than wal-marts paying.
So yea,it's good.ThyArtIsBehemoth Thanks this. -
Depends on your location which looks to be Wyoming which is probably going rate. But IMO .40 is to low unless you have a gravy dedicated route with big miles.
QuietStorm, Toomanybikes and ThyArtIsBehemoth Thank this. -
Well I wasn’t sure I’ve made .38 when I started out so I guess a penny a year? #### I wish companies would pay .50-60 a mile
CorsairFanboy and QuietStorm Thank this. -
I thought Wally drivers earn 100k on average? At least that's the word on the street...snowwy Thanks this.

The CPM is only about third of the equation. Too many other variables [and realities] have to be considered before judging what a given job opportunity may be.
snowwy, Toomanybikes and Puppage Thank this. -
New drivers there start out at .38 now under the new rules. Go to the Wal-Mart section here and look at what happened.Toomanybikes Thanks this.

.38 a mile? Holy Moly!

Yeah but walmart has all sorts of "accessorial pay" add ons that have to be factored in. I think they get paid each time they take a crap and paid double if it doesn't float.
UturnGirl, Bakerman, gentleroger and 6 others Thank this. -
Do they get extra pay for wearing those silly looking white uniform shirts?CorsairFanboy Thanks this.
