Dreaded Air in fuel line....

Hi, v6... did you have a symptoms like low power or no power on little uphills, shaking. You know I found leaking hose the same like yours, could be this leaking hose brings this kind of symptoms? Thanks

 

By the way I had done with injectors

Now. Im stuck on uphill i-75s TN. No power, no accelerator, try to start- long crank.

 

Well if you had the cups replaced at the dealer you have 1 year/100k warranty. Deliver the load your under and get it to a dealership for a new 6pack. I had the samething happen to me. Unfortunately this is normal.

 

This is why they finally ditched the POS injection system and went to common rail for 2017...

 

The injection system isn't the problem. Volvo's engineering department thought Loctite was going to somehow work in the real world.

 

Loctite is used by many other mfgs for similar things. The VoMack injector design is just garbage, cups, injectors and pos wire harness..

Thank god it's gone and they went to common rail...

 

So I'm having an issue where the truck sits over nite and loses it prime the once I charge the system with the prime plunger she fires right up
