    I know but they say they only have one option for me since I live in Texas and most men wont partner with women... he has other options not just me, he also lives in Texas but he is male so more ppl as possibilities
    I would say men are cowards about not riding with women but the last two I had were nightmares so I kinda get it now.
    I have to just get through my first 6 months then I can find my way to solo

    I know but some how she found a way... we were flying right along with smoking trailer behind us.... and yet schnieder didnt care... "mistakes happen"
    lol when she catches a trailer on fire I will not be surprised

    Either go solo or leave SNI.

    All the company drivers I have talked to that teamed hated it for similar reasons as yours.

    You're health and safety are far too important to put at risk for any reason.

    I know if I was single, I'd enjoy teaming with a female driver. However at the same time based on experience, I'd be scared to because all it takes is to piss her off, and then be accused of sexual harassment or assualt. And now adays, the guy is guilty until proven innocent
