Schneider Teaming

Just talk to drivers at the terminals and maybe post a notice on the bulletin board.I find a lot of drivers can't stop talking at the terminals..probably from being alone the last month.

 

I really don't hear about many harassment issues at the trucking companies..probably because of the lack of female drivers.
I'm guessing men and women teams probably function better than teaming with the same sex.
Although I've only teamed with men...and I had only one good partner.

 

I'm not sure about a secret hangout but there is a secret handshake.
If someone dangles a finger in front of you, pull on it and see what happens.

That is not entirely true. I try not argue with myself but sometimes I can not help it. I am not the easiest person to get along with.

 

I haven't teamed in over eight years. Yellow, when I worked there, would just throw you in a truck with a random driver for four or five days. Sometimes you got along. Sometimes you vowed to quit if they ever tried to make you go out with them again.

I'd never do it again, even though I met my best friend in the industry teaming.

 

@ChancesRGood so what's the word? Get things worked out at all?
