Put mine away for the winter last Saturday. Won't see her again until May 2018

I just bought mine last friday afternoon.

And won't be putting her away for winter.

 

Dang that sucks. I live in Oklahoma & never put the boat away for winter. Might go a few weeks without using it but never put it away. Fish bite when it's 40 degrees out.

 

And frost bites below zero...

... just saying.

 

You're an Okie, you know if it gets that cold it doesn't stay long. Some winters more than others but on average we have mild winters.

 

Technically I am a "grafted Okie". I've been through two winters here. The weather is kind of like Denver, "If you don't like the weather, wait five minutes".

 

Give that "man"a smile next time you look in the mirror !

 

Cut my trucking teeth in North Dakota 30 years ago ...I learned how to keep things running in extreme cold .
And dry cold snow is much preferable to warm snow on warm pavement .
Hence. Why I park it on 80 across Iowa during a storm .
