Yah @bzinger in there defense though lots and lots of local companies do this. They keep the "junk" or old beaters local and then the better picks of the fleet hit the road for the longer runs. At least with the couple local jobs Ive had that's how it was done.

 

This is completely new to me. They never required that in the past. However that would be a tax deductible item anyways.
