3rd week on the road with my trainer and this place is a big pen. I spent 2 hrs day 1 cleaning ground in food, human hair stuck in steering wheel, cd player, and every button. Daily dumping piss jugs out the window at walmart, truck stops, or rest areas. Which i might add i have had to pickup and move out of my seat and/or hand him to use. This moring i swear he had 2 gallons of piss he dumped out in the parking lot. It ran under the truck and pooled by the passenger step. Almost threw up from the smell. Lol. We where supposed to be home on the weekends but looks like a 4th week is what we are going to be out. No calls to dispatch to see about a run homes. 10 weeks of on road training and we are coming up on the end of week 3. Is this the norm? I just walk to the truck stop/store to pee or hold it until i can.

Get another trainer and also film all that with your phone so you have a record of it in case the trainer causes problems for you later.

    It's NOT acceptable. Its not.

    This is not Africa.

Get another trainer, in fact turn him in.

WHen you get a truck yourself be good and don't use bottles.

With that said, there is a aviation catch product that is available with the right fit for women and men that is made to catch and retain fluids properly until disposed of. It requires chemicals to clean it because of the bacteria and other problems that invariably gets into things like that.

We also had a chemical toilet made for humans in our sleeper, but that item is specifically last resort. It was there and has all the necessary litter, chemicals cleaners and so forth to dispose the waste properly.

In short there are options to the piss bottle. What you described for weeks is not acceptable even for a minute.

As far as the cleaning of that cab, floors etc use 10% bleach solution. It will disinfect in addition to cleaning otherwise you are just pushing spots of infectious material around. A cut on you will be a entry point to a proper fever and illness. Do you understand?

Half tempted.... If OP does this, inform a higher officer within the company personel structure first before doing so. They tend to get excited when trainees run off.

Disgusting pigs like that shouldn't be allowed to train. His actions (peeing in a jug, dumping it in the parking lot, etc.) are unacceptable behavior in a civilized society, and if that is what he's teaching his students as "normal" behavior, then he is a large part of the reason why bums on the street corner garner more respect from the general public than a truck driver.

On the rare occasion that use of a bottle is required, it goes into the first trash can I find.
