That’s not to say we don’t have our own citizens who think nothing of filling a walmart bag with Baby Ruths and chucking it out on the pavement, just not to the extent that it is done in India.

 

See! We have so much in common with other cultures. Other people bringing their own “flavor” really enhances society.

I think it's a custom , if the restaurant food is really good you leave a little something in the parking lot , or maybe it goes through you so fast you can't make it back inside
