FINALLY, I hear at least ONE "possible" issue to skateboards.....

I'm reaching here, bud. You know #### well I'm reaching...... LOL!!

Ha, ha ha...... My bet is you plan on that & actually get some/enough weekends off, even if not at home.

Go figure.... working an almost regular week w/mostly regular hours, a lot of the time. Often weekends off, due to the "crazy" normal/regular business hours a lot of those customers maintain.

And, you can still make a good living at it?

I'll just keep pluggin' along at all hours of the day/night, with those sometimes long ### waits & always, always...... interrupted sleep.

You know you loved it. The tried & proven, the hardened..... the best! (Even if we DO NOT know what day it is, or where the hell we're at.....!).

 

My truck moves approx 20 hrs a day, we are a team. Only reason we are down this weekend due to student needs to renew medical on Monday.

We stay busy even if we don't deliver on the weekends usually they'll give us a long load to deliver on Monday morning.

Now solo there is a chance for more downtime buy even then I still make good money.

 

Guess I was more in solo state of mind, when thinking of that.

And, I know it's a better gig as far as hours go. God bless ya, young man!

And.....Ain't you one, to just crush an attempt to fire up the good 'ol rivalry between divisions. Skateboards got no humor at all! They have apparently succeeded in turning you completely! LOL

'Cept for shipper/recievers...... my truck ran 24hrs a day w/student or co-driver.

We did not have the "luxury" of stopping for 4hrs. A whole 4hrs unutilized.....!!!! Blasphemy, I tell ya! What the ???? y'all doing for 4hrs? Crochet & knitting straps....?

Good Lordy, Almighty! Y'all might as well just take a vacation! Put out the 'ol "gone fishin'" sign.....

See, I knew there had to be a snowflake aspect, somehow, somewhere..... in them thar skateboards.

Listen here Snowflake LOL. Nah we will run 20+hrs but I'm taking into consideration that we have to stop within the first 50 miles of picking up a load then every 150 miles(or 3 hours which ever comes first) to check securement etc.

You're just jealous that all you can do is swing doors and bump a dock LOL.
