Dude, I have been in this racket for nearly 30 years, it never changes. if you want to change things you need to grab the bull by the horns, this is not an occupation for wimps. I agree, too much sitting lately, I have been screwed over on layover pay recently and have not been moving like I used to..time for pay to increase/added incentives soon or I am headed elsewhere.
