    Ya.
Those idiots had it coming for running in that wind.
There are always a few that think they can get through, and soon learn otherwise.

Steel Dragon and bzinger Thank this.

You would think people would need these warnings but just like winter storm warnings there are those that think they are bulletproof .
Years ago north Dakota started closing roads and if you get stuck out there you are on your own .

Steel Dragon, G13Tomcat and bigkev1115 Thank this.

"Oh look, that sign says no trucks west of blah blah blah... yeah right! Ain't no wind gonna make this load late while I'm pulling it!"

Lots of thought goes into this, folks.

I didn't need a warning to tell me to shut down when I was there when I felt the first few gusts I said hell no put weather band heard of gusts of 60+ went and looked for a safe parking spot. I was even loaded heavy with potatos still no, not a gamble I want to lose my shirt on.

SingingWolf, Lepton1 and Steel Dragon Thank this.

Being heavy helps, but it depends on how high the centre of gravity is too. A full load right to the roof of wood shavings will blow over easier than a low load of floor tiles.

SingingWolf, Dan.S, Lepton1 and 2 others Thank this.
