At any speed I have the vibration, pounds pretty hard going up through the gears, then goes away at cruising speed. But if you get back on the throttle it returns. Did not have the driveshaft balanced, but I had the runout checked. No funny tire wear.. In the morning I'am going to take the plate off the bellhousing, block the flywheel and turn the balancer by hand and check for any play...

Sounds like this could be something in the tranny?
Pop the bottom plug out real quick and stick your hand over the hole and check the plug. -
ThankYou! guys for all the help I will let you know tomorrow...

Well; if it is in the tranny going to neutral would test that?

Years ago I had a thrush washer go in a eaton diff that would only vib on torq and comp. also check your motor mounts I had a KW with a 444xt one time that vibrated bad between 1400 and 1700 rpm where its torq was the highest. Cummins and KW pointed the finger at each other for about a year when finally they put some softer motor mount rubbers from a pete in it and it was alright after that.

How do you put the truck under torque in neutral??
Whatever it is its most likely something simple...I hope! -
I'm with DDS, I had Pete's all my life. It sounds like you have eliminated everything but....RIDE HEIGHT VALVE. You don't mention which suspension you have, LOW AIR LEAF or the junk FLEX AIR.....Check your ride height specific to your particular suspension. If it in fact vibrates all the time it sure sounds like your air ride is set to low.

I have also seen worn torque rods allow the axle to wrap up under heavy torque. This changes the drive line angle, but when you check it parked , All looks ok. Do you have a dyno near you that you could load the truck down on? May help isolate easier.
o
The ride height problem I had was that the driver kept raising the height, he was to lazy to drop the landing gear on high trailers. I knew this beacase the same truck came back in a week later with the vibration back and the ride height was adjusted back up! I found the problem on the road by dropping the air ride under load and the vibration changed. Just make sure your tires do not hit your fenders or your will regroove your tires!
