If anyone actually bothered to read the article you would have seen it was designed with local use in mind and guaranteed not to break down for at least a million miles. I'm sure it's terrible though because Musk has been so unsuccessful up to this point.

I wonder how long it will take to find someplace to charge the thing. It’s hard enough to find any kind of spot at most truck stops, nevertheless one with a charging station lol.
