I used a rotor assembly for the old TV antenna set up.
    Got it at radio shack.

Getting out before all of Walmart'so changes go into effect? Smart man. At 53, I still have a ways to go before I can retire. Good luck, Mike and enjoy retirement.

Bummer. One less "good guy" out here, one more "steering wheel holder" to take your place. Law of averages and all.

Enjoy it Mike and be listening for 8375/Space Cadet when the skip rolls in.

I gotta get something up to talk on first! I'm wondering about something for my pickup too. Thinking about a stainless steel piece that attaches to the frame rails and comes up between the cab and the bed even with the roof line. I'd like to have a mount so I could easily swap out different antennas. Might want to drive up to the top of a mountain around here throw the 7ft Skip Shooter or steel whip on it and shoot a little skip! (I was in New Albany my last week and thought about you. Have you been back there?)

So, Mr Retired . . . lookin’ out the back door and those projects just too far away at 30’?

Change the channel? Arrange all three types of chips bags on the coffee table open-mouthed? Just like you used to have them on the dashboard?

My Dad said he was never so busy as when he retired. Said he needed to fire the new boss, ha!

30 feet horizontal ain't so bad. It's the 30 feet vertical that's a bit harder to reach.
