Show up to court and see what happens. Maybe he won’t show. I got a speeding ticket in madera 63 in a 55. Officer didn’t show

The "Speedo" is calibrated at factory with brand new tires they put on... as your tires wear down or are replaced with other brands the Speedometer will be off.

show up in court, request the daily calibration report for the lidar, else the gun was off

...so your defense is that you were only exceeding the speed limit by 7 mph not 10? Either way, it's still speeding 6-10. Same CSA points assigned to the carrier either way, and it reflects upon your PSP the same. Likely even the same fine, too. So what EXACTLY do you intend to do taking this to court with the "evidence" you claim to have? You'll spend a whole bunch of money on a lawyer and in the end it really won't change a darn thing.
Broke Down 69 and gentleroger Thank this. -
Spend the money and fight the ticket. It is your cdl, your livlihood. Protect it. A good lawyer can get it changed to a non moving violation.

So let me get this strait. You are upset you got a ticket for doing 65. You claim there is no way as your truck is set to 62. You have no problem admitting it got to 64, which by your original post you state is impossible...
Here's a hint. You were doing 65, you got caught doing 65, and you deserve a ticket for doing 65.
Now, instead of ranting that you got caught speeding, go look for a lawyer to see about getting the ticket reduced.Broke Down 69, REO6205 and gentleroger Thank this. -
Which was fun in one truck I drove. A Cascadia if I remember.. Anyway speedo showed 60, cruse said 59, gps on the peoplenet showed 61, and yet a 4th, my phone gps showed 59.
