Congrats bangn! Keep us posted.

Tumbleweed, I guess I will see you on the first. I am from Georgia also. I would really like to see the country, but I am married, and have a four year old son and another one the way, due in March. Also, I am not sure if driving through the Rockies in the snow during winter is a great way to start my driving career. From what I hear, chains will do nothing to stop your descent from a steep mountain road.

bang..congrats and see ya Monday in Columbia. Any good pointers for a rookie...
photo..congrats to you also. I'm married also although my kids are grown. This a career change for me after 23 yrs on the same job. But something I've always been interested in, so change is sometimes good. -
I dont think that tmc sends alot of company trucks to chain up...me personally if the chain law is out than so is my crawl in bed for a 8 to 10 hour nap law . When the roads are clear i am rolling
-
I will try but i am not taking my laptop so i will try to sign on when i can.
-
Does anyone know what the trucks are limited to?
-
good question i do not know as long as it is 65 i will be happy
-
If the speed limit is 70, then I want to go 70 or so. At 70, I have seen Petes passing me like I was parked.
-
Well that is not true. You want to make money and get a bonus. 3 cpm over a quater is a nice bonus so even if it does 70 65 is good. All them trucks you pass doing 85 is because they are making up time from hanging out in the truck stop playing games and watching tv.
