Two ride height control valves on one trailer tandem?? cannot agree with each other?

    Put a schrader valve or gauge in line to the air bags on each axle. ( A digital readout would be the best way). With a load on the trailer check the air pressure on each side. Adjust one valve or the other until the air pressure is the same on each side. Keep the ride height set at the proper measurement. It will be aggravating and time consuming but it can be done.

    My KW has got 2 valves and so has my converter dolly. All Aussie KWs run 2 valves.

    The best way to adjust them is, disconnect one valve, set the ride height to specification with the other valve that is still connected, then do the same for the other side. Valves don't last forever, so if one doesn't look good on your trailer, then change it. I use fast acting Hadley valves which are robustly built and come with built-in air bag dump port.

    The idea of 2 valves is for uneven loads, and badly cambered roads. I've got a single liquid filled air gauge plumbed in with taps so you can compare left and right side suspension pressure.
