Better than the Prostar. It takes som getting used to. There is a switch in the peddle that upshifts if you trigger it. That actually slows you down as it upshifts. Full throttle is not all the way to the floor.Mortarmaggot Thanks this.

Heading out later today for Cincinnati. I'll spend the night there on Thursday for a delivery just a few miles away.
After looking at the weather, I hope they have a load headed South or west. It's usually northeast or north from what I hear.
Putting in for a return on the 22nd so I can spend the week home for Christmas with the family before running again.
Oh, the Mack I'm taking isn't a loaner. I'm getting the one just coming back from the shop. It's being test driven at this very moment. -
Load still isn't ready and won't be until after 2100. Decided not to even pick up until morning. It'll just screw up my trip to start running tonight.

Well they normally send me back near the house but expect to sit Friday too if you deliver Friday. I’ve been here 5 times and all 5 times I delivered and still had 9+ hrs on my clock and sat until the next day. Here now too

I should be there now, but the shipper had issues in Wilmington. Sitting at a Loves 150 miles away. Will be there in the morning, before delivery.
The CofA has to be faxed. It still wasn't available today during my 30, so apparently it'll be faxed to the terminal. I've got to swing by there before unloading. Trucking -

Yup. Think I got some bad food along the drive. Was doubled over with stomach cramps and vomiting most of the night. Moved delivery to 1300 because of how sick I was. No way I could have driven.
Just picked up the CofA at the Cin Term. And am at the delivery off 44 now.
There's a KC run that loads tomorrow. I'll try to get that if nobody else has it locked up by the time I get back. It's not a long run, but might set me up for Memphis.
I'll be here at least 2 hours. 30 minutes to check the sample and then however fast their pump pulls this latex. Still debating on a hotel for tonight or sleeping in the yard. -
Sat 3.25 hours waiting on the analysis. They decided to take the load.....tomorrow at 0800. Yup, I'm getting paid.
No load out until Monday, so I'm going to the hotel....and getting paid. Monday I haul a load to NC and I think I'll be helping the High Point crew out for a week.
Yeah, I'm starting to like this trucking thing and the eclectic group of people I'm meeting. -
I will be leaving out of High Point Tuesday around 8 AM with a load heading to Jefferson City Mo.
