Railroads do.
If you rode the NE corridor you will discover the GPS failing to follow the train car you are in. It will jump from culdesac to culdesac with silly speed numbers like say 150....

It pays to scope out the roads on google maps on a laptop. Try to stay off them if they are white. So many towns have restricted roads now too, and bridges that are in a sad state of repair.
bzinger and Dave_in_AZ Thank this. -
just the cost of business in a mass consuming society, maybe autonomous trucks wont go on those roads lol
Dave_in_AZ Thanks this. -
Hey! I want some of that stuff on that truck, . Now I have it, get out of here, we don't want your kind around here!....SOUND Familiar?
-
Good, go take a shortcut, less traffic on the truck routes.
Dave_in_AZ Thanks this. -
Hehe, I toured Centennial Park in Nasville in a semi when they closed I-24. No "no trucks" sign on the road going to it, no turn around at the entrance. I followed the detour but it turned at a corner I couldn't make. The telephone pole keeping me from doing so had a bunch of electronics in it. I ran the tandems over one stone fence at switch back by a 10' underpass but otherwise stayed on the road.
