Next youre gonna vice grip the turbo oil feed line since bad seals in the CHRA is the most likely source of an oil fueling.

Make sure the shutoff lever on the pump travels all the way back and that the shutoff arm does actually have the keyway in it, not just clamped on. If the rack wont go all the way to shutoff you can start cracking the fuel line or filter to let air into the fuel and stall'r out.
