Chinatown is pretty good when it comes to stuff like this. Ya might want to look into those folks that he has pointed out. ODFL is the only one that he pointed out that wanted 12 months first. Now if there is something else that is driving your decision and your not telling, then that's your business, but me'thinks you haven't read enough threads on here about mega's like CR, Swift, Prime, Knight, Schneider, etc...

That's changed too. Old Dominion even has their own cdl school in North Carolina. ODFL now sends recruiters to cdl schools looking for new grads to hire.

 

No one is trying to rag on ya, or put you down... Just trying to help you make the most sound decision and get with a company (starter or otherwise) that will treat your right if you have the right attitude going in.
