Illinois IFTA and IRP questions?

that doesn't answer my question at all.

Who is responsible for filing IRP? If I don't do the filing for IFTA (company I'm leased to does) who files IRP?

That depends, are you running your plate with the carrier listed as responsible party, or are you running their plate? Sounds like to me you are running their plate, as you would know if you bought your own. Cause you would have filed the paperwork

 

plate, ifta and just about every thing else is done thru the company, so I'm assuming the company files IRP?

 

If you are running a company plate, they will file the IRP paperwork.

Now I need to contact the dept in my company and find out why their IRP is not showing up in GA. (Tags are from IL)

yeah I'm good for everything except when I can't get my GA title because IRP isn't showing up in the GA database.

 

Irp should not have anything to do with a title .mayde a 2290 would. Or are you after your own plate
