I demand my DOT required weekends off. That’s sounds awesome.

 

TMC will have you home sometime between friday and Monday anywhere from 1 hour all the way to 62 hours at home, just depends, but they will get you home for the weekend...

 

If that’s true then the jokes on the rest of us. Nice to have time at home.

 

Not sticking up for driverdriver because there is no reason to but, you are wrong with your 34 hour minimum. I would suggest that if you're going to give advice you should know what you're talking about. And yes I'm a flatbed driver and I don't need to deliver five loads a week to make good money.

 

The same holds true when you're truck has to go to a terminal for service. Except you're held hostage at the terminal.
