If you look they are screaming for drivers now, the pay has been increased a bit more than what used to be, the only way to know is to start putting applications into the smaller companies, some of them are even offering health benefits and say they have changed the way they treat drivers. Just start flooding the market with applications and let your experience talk. One mistake in 34 years should not stop you, it sucks because you probably had 30 years accident free and then that one wiped that out.
BUMBACLADWAR, Lepton1 and NavigatorWife Thank this. -
A rollover is pretty much a no no, it's not you I am talking to. But rather the newbie.
34 years and one wreck or incident etc. A truck gone wild when you fell asleep probably would not stop me from hiring you. If I was a company. I would be very interested in the situation in which you did fall asleep.BUMBACLADWAR and NavigatorWife Thank this. -
Ummm, Carolina Cargo?

The easiest way to find out is fill out some online apps. My guess is you would have a job by the end if the week.

Do they still call it a roll over when them breezes in Colorado and Wyoming take you over? Started OTR in 1979, still have not got one over yet but have seen it lean and gone into storms where could not see the back of the trailer, could not stop because even sitting on shoulder would be dangerous.

That is two bad strikes against you not one! Is their a third?
"Fell asleep at the wheel" and

Hope it works out for you. There was a time years ago when you could be in a truck again by the next day. But now?x1Heavy, nightgunner and NavigatorWife Thank this. -
