    Well, everything was running great, till it locked up on me, and i reset it, now im missing system files, when i hook the gps up to my pc, there all blank,(i cannot install the dock because it will not reconize the gps due to it being blank) ive been on hold with rand for about 2 hours now. hung up on me once..getting kinda frustrated.

    I have the Rand 530 and it keeps shutting off for no reason. This is the second Rand I've had and have pretty much lost faith in them. Might give Garmin a chance.

    I use the cigarette lighter power cord. It worked fine for a long time then all of a sudden I had that problem.
