Your done.

I thought this rule allowed you to drive 13 hours which normally would take 11 hours to drive.
11×60mph=660 miles
13×(??)mph= 660 miles
Not 13×60mph=780miles
Not allow you to drive 13 hours in normal conditions. -
Bingo!

He can drive it, it isn't like the elog disables the vehicle. You can completely ignore the device. He can't do so legally on either elog or paper, same rules. It's just easier to get caught with elogs.

Let me define the word unexpected..... HE DIDNT KNOW it could NOT be expected

You would like paper logs. You are an artist.
-
Actually that's the thing I do hate about paper.... Takes me forever to fill them out cause my handwriting is HORRID. Needless to say... If its not loose leaf I can't use it... Also even though I have been on elogs for awhile now I still keep a full 30 days of logs.... I usually have to redo the log a few times do to form and manner errors....
TLDR, I AM NOT AN ARTIST lol -
You know what's nuts. Going from eld to paper. That is very hard to do. And unnerving.
