First of all nobody in this thread has successfully defined greed.

Second of all the thread to which I was responding never mentioned "hurting people". In most cases "hurting people" is against the law. If you see someone "hurting people", call a cop

What the hell??? This sounds like a drunken fool who just watched convoy with real men acting as truckers. And now is jealous.
Or perhaps many drivers are upset that they can not use paper?

Understand what your saying. I ran paper and eld and made the same money.

Old iron? Keep it rolling down the road. The mud throwers want to complain because you guys are exempt. They can buy a older truck and run it themselves. As long as they keep it up like you do yours.

if you're referring to to pom waver comment it's because that group has slotted me as an outlaw or illegal or dangerous simply because i don't believe in this encroaching law.

if you're referring any other part of that post i'm just gonna laugh.

i do notice the eld crowd is now apparently using PC line for clearly on duty stuff, and driving around parking lots at 4mph. but somehow they maintain their elevated status over the "outlaws".

    no,im not on eld.

The law says it’s safer for you to record your time with a ELD. It’s been said that you’re a non skilled worker. I was told you’re a professional driver in 3wks across the country. They say if your Eld go out it’s safe to use paper. They said the dpf system is a green product. It’s true it burns all the residual income from my business.

    Timin770 and Oxbow Thank this.

Just be happy to be able to drive them trucks. The ones who live like a nomad for weeks on end made these companies figure that’s going to be a way of life for all. Respect yourselves and just do what you can if the production stop at these companies and you start going home even if you had a bad week. Then they will stop blaming hometime on revenue loss. They advertise 6 or 7 out for the privilege of being off 1 day. If you put in the amount of energy and hrs into yourself or a group of owner operators you can do good. Just a thought for 2018

I don't need to look it up , I know the definition.
So... how is it an encroachment or encroaching law?
