I screwed up, going on the 12th of Jan but to Gary. Im looking foward to it. I havent decited on the salary or milage pay yet, Im leaning towards the milage. I like the idea of flat bed. A lot of work I know. But, Im not afraid of work or getting dirty. I dont mind the weather. I've lived upstate NY my whole life. So snow, rain and cold is what it is.

Buster, are you retired from the military? If so, and you have a good handle on your finances I'd recommend mileage pay. Salary is really nice for somebody that needs to know what to expect for budgeting purposes, but you stand to lose money depending on how you're running. If your budget can stand fluctuation in paychecks and you have a retirement check, mileage may be better. Just my opinion. I really liked being on salary, but I had bills to pay and needed to know what to expect for income. Best of luck.

Dr. Venture, How much was the gross salary weekly, and then what were the approximate taxes taken out? Thanks
