I haven't exposed myself as anything as there is nothing to expose, LOL.
Second no one is stopping me or anyone from doing what they want.
Heck even with elogs your free to violate the hos if you choose it's just that elogs makes dramatically more apparent.

 

It's what's a lot of folks can't get through there head, all these arguments of privacy, library's, ect. ect. Were already thrown out in court.
Even when brought by a group that knows the in and outs of this industry.
That said I think it was a stupid waist of time considering they should of spent the time and money on the issues of the current hos.

 

tell the director of the FMCSA...he's the one suspending the ELD mandate due to HOS issues for ag haulers. go straighten him out.

What does the director of the FMCSA have to do with you trying to incorporate two different issues in your argument,(nothing).

really. just wow.

you seriously lack the understanding to argue any of this,from the hos,to the eld mandate,to the meaning of encroachment.. i don't separate the hos and eld mandate. i have months of postings suggesting this. to say they are not intertwined is stupid. if you wish to fully separate them you do so on your own,and you have entered a realm that i don't even understand,let alone care to argue with you about.
