I have a 2012 Volvo D13 670. This code popped up. Running really sluggish but only on inclines. Flat ground and downhill everything seems fine. Also low fuel mileage.

Is your boost pressure low? That fault relates to boost pressure. A boost leak can cause it, an EGR issue, pressure sensor issue. A lot of things could cause it, I'd start by checking all CAC clamps and hoses, look for a boost leak. The second most common thing I'v found causing that fault is an EGR valve plugging up.

Not sure about pressure. I've checked all the clamps, hoses etc. Nothing feels or looks out of order.

If guess egr is acting up. If so it's cheaper to delete it.

So during inspection, I took out air filter, just inspection it. it looks fine and I didn't see anydebris in the chamber. however I did stop it on the ground a few times to get excess dust out. Now truck seems to be running fine. my fuel mileage is back up to six and a half and I'm not losing power on small inclines. could that little bit of dust really caused that issue?

A clogged air filter could cause that, looks can be deceiving, looks clean and flows good are not the same thing. Sounds like it's over due for a new air filter.

    SAR Thanks this.
