    My Rand McNally eld 50 and overdryve pro is now logging me as driving while I’m on my 10 hour break instead of sleeper berth this is the second time this week,and i can’t get anyone in customer service i will be on hold for a hour no one comes to the phone.Is anyone else having problems ?

    I haven't had this exact problem, but, chronic and repeating issues of a similar nature ... I have the same set-up ... You won't get anyone on the phone at RM today .. or tomorrow ... Banker's hours tech support which as you've noted will cost you at least an hour on hold listening to the RM advertising about how great their products are.
