You ever see how some of these animals pull away from the pumps? Like a drag car, going a little bit faster in a truck stop is not going to save time

Those pumps are the worse places to walk, you should be out from in front of those hoods, in a area you can make eye contact with the driver, wait until you see contact made and it is safe, then if you get rushed pull out the 38 and stick one between the eyes.

I never see anyone in their trucks at the fuel island. They are either inside in the bathroom, shopping, or sitting down eating their lunch and taking a break at one of the restaurants.

Good lord. Bad presumption to walk out in front of a big rig. If the driver doesnt see you, how will they know if you are there?

The only residents I see around fuel pumps are the ones wanting money...

I assume pedestrian means they weren't a driver. That means they had no business being there.

I see it as a 50/50 situation. Drivers need to be on the lookout. So do people walking around a truck stop. It's not all on the driver.

No reason to assume the driver was driving to fast.

Dang... that's a quiet place to sleep.
It's kind of close to the residential section of the town, opposite side of the freeway from the PeeLot.
It likely was a dude that had come for some smokes and a scratch off.
    In any case.. BE CAREFUL.

    Oldironfan Thanks this.
